Job Description
The Branch Asset Desk product team in CO is responsible for driving the Cross Sell (assets) business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from existing customers of the Bank. They are responsible for handling queries, trainings,campaigns for ADM and enhance the ADM channel business.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the growth of ADM branches LG thus facilitating higher Lead conversion in addition to value to increase the ADM branch asset business contribution on the overall asset business and product penetration of the existing customers.
• Ensure end to end lead tracking from generation to conversion stage and thus monitoring a healthy lead conversion %.
• Responsible for the resolution of queries raised by Branches in order to reflect correct achievement figures.
• Provide support through relevant stakeholders to the field team through business development activities.
• Publish various MIS reports which would help in in-depth business analysis and development.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute

• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to successfully work as a part of a team
