Job Responsibility: Good Understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (us Medical Billing) for Providers.
Possess Good Knowledge of Us Healthcare Process.
Good Communication must be required.
Working with Multiple EMR & Billing systems.
Follows up on submitted claims, monitors unpaid claims, identify underpaid and not billed claims with appropriate
Review EOB/ERA denials, and understand the denial reason and initiate appropriate actions on the patient account
Make calls to the patients and resolve the queries
Analyzing the Denials and working on Rejections
Checking claim status and Eligibility through online web portals
