Job Description
JOB ROLE: o Transaction Monitoring: Leading a team for transaction analysis basis alerts on Fraud Risk Management (FRM) System and defining rules in the FRM for monitoring. o Identifying abnormal/suspicious trends through data/txn analysis & work on “early warning signals” and alerts. o Interpret the risk parameters involved in the trends identified and defining, modifying rules. o Raise queries/alerts to the concerned for appropriate actioning and mitigate the risks. o Liaising with Branches, RRM & various departments for logical closure to alerts & queries raised. o Qualitative analysis of all responses received from channel o Analysis of Periodic reports including Transaction & account conduct analysis. o Regular updating of NCIF & CIBIL o Last Mile completion tracking on various reports/dashboards o Projects - Automation of RCU Process Workflows using RPA, automated workflows and digital solutions for current workflows Job Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of work experience Strong analytical, communication & follow-up skills Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Word & PowerPoint Capability of pre-empting risks & trend and eye for details. Should be Self-motivated & takes initiatives Capability of pre-empting possible violation of KYC /controls/processes Capability of pre-empting risk lines & trends through data. Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Branch Banking processes/systems/controls Understanding & working knowledge of Fraud Risk Management Systems preferred
