Job Description
Reporting into the respective CEOs of International and Indian market, and also managing a R&D team, you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership for the design and development function in terms of planning, performance, and teamwork.
Designing innovation features and cohesive products using insights from analytics, have an eye for details, customer feedback, internal brainstorms, and focus on user results and business goals. Also, Conducting market visits for gaining insights on the current scenario in the market
Gaining a deep understanding of products' value proposition, within the context of the company vision
