Responsibilities:
• Research traditional Rajasthani spices and culinary trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop unique and flavorful spice blends using high-quality ingredients.
• Experiment with various spice combinations to achieve the desired taste profile.
• Refine existing spice blends based on market feedback and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure spice blends are suitable for large-scale production.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and manage product testing trials.
• Document all recipes, formulations, and development processes.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety in the R&D kitchen.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Spice science and culinary techniques.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably with a focus on Indian spices.
• Proven experience in developing and refining spice blends.
• In-depth knowledge of Rajasthani cuisine and traditional flavors.
• Strong understanding of spice properties, flavor profiles, and culinary applications.
• Excellent taste perception and ability to identify subtle flavor nuances.
