Position Overview
In order to further strengthen our R & D team we are looking for below position
i .- Overview
• Job title : Senior Executive OR Executive –
R & D- Fillings & Decor
• Direct Superior : R & D Manager
• Location : Mumbai, India
II .- MISSION
Assure the technical support towards customers and carry our R&D activities
III.- KEY TASKS
• Develop products in categories of cake mixes, bread mixes, bread improvers, chocolates and bakery fillings.
• Candidate must be able to work with his / her own hands and develop products in application lab and also conduct trials at customer facilities.
• Perform systematic tests in Innovation Centre and on pilot lines in coordination with other colleagues in the R&D team.
• Provide technical support to Sales Team for industrial accounts and new product launches.
• Implement new solutions on production lines of our industrial clients
• Trouble shooting at customers
• Visit customers at manufacturing facility
IV.- COMPETENCIES / PROFILE
• Understand functionality of ingredients / additives
• Good English (written and spoken).
• Dynamic person with analytical and hands-on skills.
• Basic knowledge in bakery formulations is a must.
• Good English (in print and spoken).
• Excellent communicator.
• Willing to travel up to 40% of time
