This Position reports to:
R&D Department Lead
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.
This role is contributing to the Electrification business Smart Buildings division in Hyderabad, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.js
Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using C#, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar server-side technologies
Design, implement, and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and cross-platform compatibility
Familiarity with web Sockets, real-time data handling
Integrate third-party APIs and devices. Good understanding of data-driven transformation, with efficiency trends and predictive analytics.
Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure for deployment and operations
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications for the role:
B. Tech/M. Tech in CSE/ECE/EE from reputed institutes with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework
Strong back-end development experience with at least one server-side language/framework
Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services
Solid understanding of database design and management
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, Git and version control best practices
Experience in the Electrical protection/controls domain preferred
