Job Description
This position plays a key role in supporting our research and development activities by executing experiments, performing tests, and assisting in the design and optimisation of our microfluidic platform. The successful candidate will be involved in hands-on laboratory work, contributing to the advancement of our cutting-edge solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting experiments and tests to gather data and validate concepts.
Assisting in the development and refinement of microfluidic systems and sorting processes.
Documenting and analysing experimental results to inform ongoing projects.
Collaborating with the R&D team to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows.
Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
A relevant degree or diploma in a scientific or engineering discipline.
Hands-on experience in a research or laboratory environment, preferably in microfluidics or precision engineering.
Familiarity with experimental design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
Proficiency with laboratory equipment and tools, and a solid understanding of safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with team members.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to experimentation and documentation.
