Role Overview:
As a Frontend Developer, your main responsibility will be to develop responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized web interfaces using React v19, JavaScript (ES6+), and supporting UI libraries like jQuery UI, Select2, Owl Carousel, and Bootstrap 4.1.3. You should be comfortable working in both modern React-driven architectures and legacy jQuery-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build responsive and reusable components using React v19 and HTML5/CSS3.
- Enhance UI interactivity using jQuery, jQuery UI, Select2, Owl Carousel, etc.
- Maintain and upgrade older jQuery-based modules where needed.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch).
- Optimize pages for performance and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers.
Qualification Required:
- Strong experience in React v17/v18/v19 (hooks, functional components, context API).
- Hands-on with JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery (v3.3.1) and jQuery UI (v1.11.4).
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap 4.1.3).
- Familiarity with UI/UX libraries: Font Awesome Free 5.5.0, Select2, Owl Carousel v2.3.4.
- Working knowledge of RESTful API consumption in frontend.
- Proficiency in browser developer tools and debugging.
- Experience using version control (Git) and frontend build tools (Vite/Webpack).
