Summary of Role:
• We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Enterprise Communications Services Web Technologies team. You will be an active participant integral to the success of our external face to the world and our internal digital homeroom for our employees – ensuring a personalized solution integrated with everything they need to work, grow, and belong. Working within an agile methodology, you’ll collaborate closely within the product team and key stakeholders across the enterprise, delivering real value in an iterative fashion on an on-going basis.
• You will join an agile team and participate in grooming and requirements gathering processes. You will participate in peer code reviews. The ideal candidate will be passionate about front-end development, and eager to leverage emerging technologies and patterns.
What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make:
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Ability to play the Front-End Tech Advisory role and recommend team on technology choices
• Collaborate with global cross-functional team in building customer-centric products
• Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features
• Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices and software runbooks
• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
• Establish trusted partnerships with peers, product heads, and executive level stakeholders
• Collaborating with git in a multi-developer team
What We’d Love to See:
• 3+ years of relevant experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with JavaScript and React framework
• Ability to work with multiple browser platforms and versions
• Experience creating reusable custom web controls or visualizations (beyond third-party libraries)
• Ability to code RESTful services and interfaces that may adhere to pre-defined API contracts
• Attention to detail and exceptionally high standards is a must – visual and creative acuteness will be highly valued
• or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience leveraging test driven development techniques
• Comfort with Agile operating models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech

• Hands on experience to work on Javascript, React and Redux (must)
• Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of a website
• Building front-end components and SPA's using in HTML, CSS, and Typescript
• Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
• Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors
• Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
