Expert level knowledge of ReactJS and Node.js development
At least 3-5+ years of experience in Vue.js and object-oriented programming
Proficiency in JavaScript language, including its syntax and features
Strong understanding of the Vue.js framework and its core principles
Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem with strong working experience with HTML5 and CSS3, JSX and templating technologies
Ability to design and architect Enterprise JavaScript applications using ReactJS
Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux or MobX)
Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks
Experience in AWS required, especially for EC2, RDS and DevOps
Proficient understanding of build tools and code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN/Bitbucket
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, NPM
Authentication with tokens utilizing technologies such as JWT and OAuth
Demonstrated understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and Single-page application principles
Building REST API or other server tools with backed technologies, such as Node.js
Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions
Good understanding of browser development tools and performance optimization
Ability to work independently or with a team and lead a project to completion
Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Works with product team to understand product requirements in complete detail
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Technical documentation - Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design
Devise strategies, or innovative approaches that have significant impact on the application design
Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team
Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
Oversee development process compliance and CI activities
Guide/Mentor junior developers and empowering them on ReactJS and related trends
Participate in the agile feature/product design process working with cross-functional teams including
Write domain specific automated unit tests
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Google App Engine a huge plus
Experience working on Agile Teams and using Application Lifecycle Management tools like Jira
Product Management, Experience Design, QA and Operations
Collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emerging technologies
