Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated React Native developer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for developing mobile applications using React Native while ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of the application.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop mobile applications with React Native.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable and testable code.
Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the mobile app industry.
Work with back-end developers
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a React Native developer.
Proficient in using Redux, Hooks, and other advanced React concepts.
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and the JavaScript ecosystem.
Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position. The candidate will be expected to work 20 hours per week. Flexible hours are available.
