We are seeking an exceptional Lead React Native Developer to join our team and spearhead the development of our cutting-edge mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in React Native, Expo, Xcode, and Android to create high-performance, visually stunning, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing React Native applications Proven track record of publishing successful mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms Expert-level proficiency in Expo, Xcode, and Android Studio Extensive experience with Codemagic or similar CI/CD platforms for mobile app deployment Deep understanding of mobile app performance optimization techniques Familiarity with mobile app security best practices and data protection mechanisms Experience with integrating third-party APIs, push notifications, and backend services Strong knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.) Proficiency in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code Experience with mobile app analytics and monitoring tools Strong understanding of mobile app design patterns and architectures Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality React Native applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers Optimize app performance and implement best practices for responsive and smooth user experiences Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms Integrate third-party APIs, push notifications, and backend services seamlessly Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using Codemagic Continuously monitor and improve app performance, stability, and security Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team of developers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and staying current with mobile app development trends This is a full-time, senior-level position with competitive compensation and benefits.
