Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native and web applications using React JS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project guidelines.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native, React JS, and related technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovation.
Collaborate with the QA team to conduct comprehensive testing, identify and fix bugs, and ensure overall product quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers to enhance the team's capabilities.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing mobile applications using React Native and web applications using React JS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
Solid understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Familiarity with native mobile development (Android/iOS) and the ability to integrate native modules with React Native.
Knowledge of build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn).
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
