In your role as a React native lead, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Emerging Tech & AI/ML practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
A seasoned react native lead/tech lead developer with a minimum of 7-10 years of industry experience of building Android/iOS apps using React Native. Architect & provide Engineering direction in designing large scale mobile apps which can handle millions of concurrent users. Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax. Practices best use of Android / iOS guidelines, knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming. Solid command on React-Redux / Mobx development and deep understanding of core mobile concepts such as life cycle, UI, networking, caching, device features, etc. Understand front-end technologies, such as HTML5, SCSS, and CSS3. Good working knowledge of tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins, or any tools that are similar to these.

You will be expected to Lead a Mobile Engineering team for React Native. In this role you will need to Architect, Code and Design cross-platform (Android/iOS) mobile applications that are built for Direct2Consumer and operate at a massive scale!
You will be required to provide Engineering leadership, Technical direction & mentoring to a talented team of React Native engineers, who will look up to you as their inspiration & role-model.
You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering teams, Business teams to design & define the next big thing in D2C space. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and can easily communicate & collaborate with both Engineering & Non-Engineer audience.
