Job Description
Should play a role of "Player" and "Coach", spending approx. 30% of time managing the Front End Cloud Chapter and remaining 70% as a doer in the Team as an expert developer.
Experience: 10 -14 Years
Key responsibilities:
• Document and spread domain expertise
- Empower the chapter members to spread and document the technical and the domain knowledge.
- Define and align engineering practices within the chapter and between chapters.
• Hold HR-responsibility and coach others
- Care about your employees by support their growth and personal goals.
- Support your colleagues and employees.
• Delivering value as a "Doer" during ~70% of time
- Owning the frontend part of the application.
- Enabling the team to refine, develop and deliver new features and changes.
- Deliver great quality code and provide feedback to others through code reviews.
Key competencies
• Proven knowledge about software development for Frontend (Typescript, React, State management, Bundling and testing)
• Software engineering practices like ability to do great code reviews and ability set bar for high quality code.
• Familiar with CI/CD practices to build and deploy containerized frontend applications and create and maintain packages.
• Ability to coach and mentor frontend developers and attitude of helping seeing the team as priority
