Maintain code integrity and organization using version control systems (e.g., Git) and code documentation practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React.js, Node.js, and full-stack development.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with expertise in React.js and Node.js.
Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with popular libraries (such as Redux or MobX) for state management.
Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with modern frontend build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and libraries, such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.
Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and its implementation with React.js.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of deployment and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, Netlify) is a plus.
