Required Skills:
3-5 years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
Proven track record of leading frontend development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
In-depth understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralized application architecture is a plus.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Architect, design, and develop captivating user interfaces for our web3 applications using React.js and Next.js.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring the successful implementation of front-end solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web3 technologies, user experience design, and frontend development methodologies.
Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and maintain code quality, performance, and optimization.
Take ownership of front-end development processes, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
