Job Description
We seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer to join our team for one of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and Material UI. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ReactJS, Material UI, and working in Azure ADO environments. Experience in the Manufacturing domain will be a significant advantage. The developer will collaborate closely with other developers and teams to ensure seamless front-end development and integration with back-end systems.
Roles and Responsiblities :-
• Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and Material UI to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Work closely with NodeJS or back-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
• Implement UI designs and UX principles using ReactJS and Material UI, ensuring that the application is visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Utilize state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar to manage complex application states and optimize performance.
• Focus on optimizing application performance by implementing lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing code repositories, collaborating with the team, tracking user stories, bugs, and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure that the application works smoothly across all major browsers, maintaining consistency in layout and functionality.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and following industry best practices.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure the application is mobile-friendly and works on different screen sizes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and back-end developers.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues, providing continuous support for the application.
Qualification & skills :-
• 5+ years of experience in ReactJS development, with a strong understanding of the React ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Hooks, Context API)
• Hands-on experience with Material UI for building sleek, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with state management using tools like Redux or the Context API.
• Experience in building responsive and mobile-first web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into the front-end code.
• Experience working with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Experience in Agile development practices and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the Manufacturing domain, with a strong understanding of industry-specific workflows (e.g., supply chain, production management, or inventory systems).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross- functional team environment.
• Certification in relevant field is a plus.
