Job Description
As a Technical Lead, you will be developing the detailed design structure, implementing the best practices and coding standards, leading a team of developers for successful delivery of the project. You will be working on design, architecture and hands-on coding.
Responsibilities
• The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in optimizing front end performance.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus.
• Expert level experience in building scalable, large and complex business applications using some of the required technologies.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Add to engineering team's culture of high code quality
• Track record of building and delivering mission critical, 24x7 production software systems.
Requirements/Skills
• 6 to 8 years of experience required in web development
• Must be well-versed with the latest frontend/web tools/technologies like( but not limited to) : HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Javascript, ES6, React, Redux, Node.js, Webpack, RWDs, PWAs etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
• Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance.
• Complete understanding of internal code library (jquery or any other)
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
• Stick to established coding standards and group procedures individually and in teams
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required.
