Key Responsibilities

Design a variety of web banners (static, animated, interactive) for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and advertising purposes.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually compelling designs.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

Optimize banner designs for responsiveness, load time, and user engagement.
• *

Revise and update designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• *

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.

Organize and manage design assets for ease of use by other teams.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
• *

Strong portfolio showcasing web banner designs and other digital media.
• *

Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• *

Knowledge of digital marketing and user behavior as it relates to design.

Ability to take direction, manage feedback, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic or web design, ideally with a focus on digital marketing assets.

Freelance or agency experience is a plus.
