Real Estate Accountant

DV Group is a real estate firm based in Mumbai. We are currently hiring for an Accountant in our team. Our office is located in Borivali East, Mumbai. (visit dvgroup.in for more information)

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, entries, bank reconciliations. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

• Prepare tax documents

• Compile and analyze financial statements

• Manage budgeting and forecasting

• Perform ledger entries, prepare P&L, balance sheet

• Proficient with Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

• Understanding of and knowledge to file GST, TDS

• Documentation support

• Perform bank reconciliation

• Support auditors with financials required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word

• Written and verbal English language skills

• Knowledge of personal and corporate taxation
