About the Role:
We are a Toronto, Canada based real estate company focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and strong results in a competitive market. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant in India to support both operational and marketing functions of our real estate business.
This is a fully remote position with no travel required. You will play a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent client communication, and a strong online brand presence.
This role will involve a mix of scheduling, administrative support, client nurturing, database management and creative marketing tasks. You will work behind the scenes helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, consistent client communication, and strong brand presence online. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Book property showings online and manage the showing schedule and calendar.
Assist with preparing and processing real estate paperwork/offers and supporting documents.
Conduct client follow-ups and nurturing through emails and messages to maintain relationships.
Maintain client databases in Follow-up Boss (CRM system).
Assist with basic content creation for online marketing campaigns. Create and design engaging graphics for listings, social media, and marketing materials.
Assist with marketing efforts including social media updates, email campaigns, and listing presentations.
Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative work, marketing, or client support preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client follow-up and nurturing.
Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss) would be an asset.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) would be an asset.
Strong social media management skills.

Reliable high-speed internet and computer for remote work.
Work Requirements:
A reliable high-speed internet connection.
Personal laptop/computer, phone and webcam.
Availability during working hours for communication on WhatsApp.
Work Environment & Schedule:
100% remote – work from home.
Regular Schedule: 12 PM to * PM EST (Toronto time).
Monday to Saturday.
Sunday will be a holiday. Two 15 min and One 30 min break allowed during the workday.
No travel or in-person meetings required.
Compensation:
Base salary: ₹25,000 per month.
Laptop & internet allowance: ₹1,000 per month.
Total: ₹26,000 per month - To be paid as ₹13,000 every 15 days.
18 Paid days off every year.
