Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including opening files, answering phones, providing quotes to clients, and supporting staff with general office and file management duties.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and maintaining client files;
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner;
Providing quotes and general information to clients;
Assisting with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions;
Using legal and property-related platforms, including ESILaw, LTSA, and BC Online;
Communicating with clients, lawyers, lenders, realtors, and other parties as required; and
Performing other general office and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of administrative or legal office experience;
Knowledge of ESILaw, LTSA, and BC Online is required;
Previous experience with real estate conveyancing or transactional real estate work is preferred;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Experience:
Real estate law: 1 year (preferred)
