Advocate with Real Estate and Corporate Experience
Experience Level: 5 to 8 years only

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Female Legal Advisor (Advocate) with specialized expertise in real estate law, corporate law, and experience working with builders and developers. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in handling legal matters related to real estate transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Salary Range: 7.20 Lakhs to 10.80 Lakhs per annum.
Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory Services:
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions including property acquisitions, leasing, development, and sales.
• Draft and review various agreements, contracts, and legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Corporate Law Expertise:
• Advise on corporate governance matters, corporate structuring, and compliance issues.
• Draft and review corporate contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
Builder and Developer Relations:
• Handle legal issues related to construction agreements, land use, zoning, and regulatory approvals.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution:
• Attend Court cases
• Manage litigation matters related to real estate disputes, contractual disputes, and corporate litigation as necessary.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and policies affecting the industry.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to real estate transactions and corporate operations.
Client Relationship Management:
• Provide timely and strategic legal advice.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM or specialized certification in Real Estate Law preferred.
• Admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Karnataka.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Advocate specializing in real estate law and corporate law.
• Proven experience working with builders, developers, and corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market practices.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
