ey Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, databases, and other sources
Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospects to generate qualified leads
Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate details
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings with potential buyers
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Track and report lead conversion metrics and campaign effectiveness
Stay updated on real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation with promotional campaigns
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or real estate (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working with lead management tools and CRM software
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Basic understanding of the real estate market is an added advantage
Proficiency in English and regional languages preferred
