Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at The Vibrant Group India in Mumbai. The Junior Architect will be involved in architectural design, project management, and ensuring the implementation of sound architectural practices, Planning, Site Coordination.
Salary package Starting from 25K-50K depending upon the Experience and Interview
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum of (2-5) years of related experience.
Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools.
Previous working experience with Contractor/ Builders & Developers.
Planning
Visualization & Planning: Transform client requirements into innovative designs.
Client Understanding: Strong interpersonal skills to grasp and deliver client visions effectively.
Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest in design, materials, and technology.
Engineering Know-How: Integrate functionality with aesthetics.
Budgeting & Cost Management: Deliver projects within budget without compromising quality.
Site Coordination: Seamless collaboration with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on schedule with precision and excellence.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards as per DCPR 2034.
On-site management and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Researching and providing estimates for projects.
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong Design skills using AutoCad, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines.
Skills in drafting architectural plans and high quality Detailing.
Must have strong skills in Photo realistic Rendering.
Coordination with customers at design and construction stage.
Make on-site visits.
Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection.
Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design
