_Urgent Requirement for a renowned Real Estate Developer in Mumbai_
Job Location: Andheri East – Head Office
Job title: Asst. Manager/ Manager – Branding (Marketing)
Salary Budget: Upto 12 LPA (Hike given basis last drawn only)
Shift: Dayshift – 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)
• Candidate should have minimum 3 years of Brand Management - Marketing experience in (Real Estate with A List Developers and Mandate firms)
• Job Purpose/role: The person will be responsible for helping drive brand awareness through
a variety of methods and promote the business.
• Job Description:
°Develop Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with the Business objectives
°GTM Strategy including foundational messaging for Sales, Customer Success, and Product
°Liaison with Media Agency, Creative Agencies, and Digital/Social Media agencies to develop appropriate theme board/communication methodology in line with Business objectives
°Responsible for planning developing, and coordinating all marketing communications materials to promote the company and further the company’s objectives
°Consulting with management and the agencies to develop creatives and other communication elements
°Manages the preparation of sales ads, controls all advertising and public relations projects, and recommends the media best suited to sell specific products or services
°Manages ATL & BTL activations
•Brand Management for the company
°Interfaces with vendors to produce promotional material.
°Responsible for external vendor relationships for creative, copywriting, printing and advertising specialties
°Effectively manage and monitor budgets for related marketing initiatives
°Content Writing management & Distribution
• Desired Skills and Traits:
• Proven working experience in Marketing communication, Brand Marketing
• An Out of the Box thinker with flair of charting out corporate communication and branding strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Flair for content creation
