We are looking for a Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for the Real Estate World.
Responsibilities
• Identifying and researching Opportunities that come up in the market
• Preparing and pitching Proposals to potential clients
• Relationship maintenance with Developers/Corporates/HNIs
• Work with the team to map Client Requirements
• Maintain our internal Property database up to date.
Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA (plus incentives)
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Real Estate Ecosystem
• Flair for Sales and Field work
• 1 to 3 years experience (Freshers are welcome)
• Any Graduate Degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
