What you’ll do
About the Role / Responsibilities:
Sourcing
• Sourcing of Channel partners
interaction with them and onboard them into Zeassetz
Generate leads from them
• Referrals from existing clientele
• Listing properties on various portals and generating leads
Sales
• Taking prospects for site visits
• Converting prospects into customers by showcasing investment opportunities at the site
• Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at all touchpoints.
• Follow up with the clients for a revisit and closures
• Updating Leads in CRM for every activity performed
• Handling documentation and scheduling of registrations post-sale
• Representing the company at Property Expo
