We are looking for Real estate consultant for Renowned Company.
Designation: Real estate consultant
Location: Dwarka sec 12, NEW DELHI
Experience: 1-2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC offered: Upto 25,000
Employment type – Permanent
Gender Preference - Female only
No of positions – 7
We are looking for a Real estate consultant.
Desired Skills and Education Requirements
1 - 2 Years of related experience in marketing calls preferably real estate
Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a reputed institution
Should be comfortable to work from office·
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills·
Convincing skills·
Roles and Responsibilities:
Dialling enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.
Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.
Responding to inbound calls to provide information
Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.
Cross pitching properties based on clients requirements.
Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback.
Ensuring all enquiries with feedbacks are updated regularly in the software.
Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
Generating various MIS Reports and other pre sales activities as per process.
Checking market reviews of company website and competitor’s website
