Real Estate Content Creator (10++ Contract)
Realty Media 360 LLC is seeking a trustworthy, highly motivated, driven, and professional individual to represent our company while creating real estate content in clients' homes. We are currently hiring for a Real Estate Content Creator on a 10++ contract basis.
Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality real estate photos, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots.
• Create Matterport Virtual Tours using a Matterport Pro camera.
• Produce Zillow virtual tours.
• Generate accurate floor plans using a smartphone scanning app.
• Film cinematic video walkthroughs and vertical video walkthroughs.
• Operate a drone to capture aerial photos and video (must be proficient and licensed).
• Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times.
• Upload bracketed raw images to Dropbox or Google Drive after each job.
• Travel to multiple appointments daily (extensive driving required).
• Be available for same-day appointments with short notice (2-hour notice), although most appointments are scheduled in advance.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license.
• FAA drone pilot license (or actively in the process of obtaining one).
• Reliable transportation.
• General liability insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• 2 years of real estate photography experience preferred.
• Full-frame format wide-angle lens (16mm or 17mm variation) or crop sensor equivalent.
• Proficiency with Matterport Virtual Tour creation using a Matterport Pro camera.
• Ability to create Zillow virtual tours.
• Reliable smartphone for floor plan scanning.
• Capability to produce cinematic and vertical video walkthroughs.
• Proficiency in drone operation and an active FAA remote pilot operator license.
• Dropbox or Google Drive account for file uploads.
• Must have own equipment.
Compensation:
• Pay range per jobs $70-$200
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.37 per mile (tolls and ferries not included).
• This is a 10++ contract position.
Additional Information:
• Minimal editing is required by the content creator. Realty Media 360 handles post-processing of raw files and videos.
