The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Counsel to join our Seattle office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department.

You Have
7+ years of extensive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing. Experience with industrial and data center leasing is a plus, but not required.
Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in data center, e-commerce and fulfillment, and mixed use development.
Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
Admission to the Washington State bar or meet the requirements to waive in.

Seattle:
The salary range for this role is $235,000 to $260,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
