Bar Admission: Licensed in PA (required)
Licensed in VA, FL, or NC (will be considered)
Experience: At least 2–5 years in commercial real estate finance, including securitized servicing (CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), loan origination, and due diligence
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

About the Position
A growing boutique law firm in the Pittsburgh, PA area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Real Estate Finance team. This role focuses on securitized servicing, loan origination, and securitization due diligence.
The firm offers a flexible hybrid work environment with remote options available for exceptional candidates. While proximity to the Pittsburgh office is preferred, outstanding candidates from other regions will also be considered.
