The team sits within the Firms Global Loans practice, generating mandates that span the full spectrum of sophisticated real estate finance transactions, from high-value bilateral and syndicated investment facilities to complex development, construction and acquisition financings with multi-jurisdictional or bespoke structuring elements. As a Senior Associate within this first-class practice you will be involved with leading transactions end-to-end, drafting and negotiating facility, security and intercreditor documentation; managing and mentoring talented junior lawyers; driving matter strategy; and liaising directly with senior stakeholders, sponsors and financiers. You will also play a pivotal role in nurturing key client relationships, contributing to thought leadership initiatives and supporting the ongoing growth of the team through business development, training and knowledge-sharing.
