Job Opportunity: Experienced Real Estate Lawyer (10+ Years)

We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Lawyer with 10+ years of expertise in verifying property documents and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of property laws, title verification, encumbrance certificate (EC) checks, and government regulations related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough verification of real estate property documents to ensure legal compliance.

Examine Encumbrance Certificates (EC) and other records to confirm clear property titles.

Identify any discrepancies or deviations from government regulations and advise on risk mitigation.

Ensure smooth property transactions by providing expert legal guidance.

Stay updated on real estate laws, land acquisition policies, and property registration rules.

Work closely with stakeholders to resolve legal concerns related to property matters.

Requirements:

BL /LLB degree

10+ years of experience in property document verification and legal compliance.

Strong knowledge of property registration, land records, and government rules.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple property verification cases efficiently.
