• Navigate complex negotiations for the sale and purchase of commercial leases, ensuring favourable terms for clients.
• Provide expert legal counsel on all facets of real estate development, as well as real estate financing transactions.
• Play a pivotal role in the real estate elements of major corporate/M&A deals.
• Manage an array of real estate and real estate loan portfolio transactions, including distressed asset strategies.
Requirements
• Must be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of demonstrable real estate expertise from a renowned City or international law firm.
• Proficiency in resolving intricate technical issues pivotal to client success.
• Keen interest in gaining international exposure and advising global clients.
• Track record of independently leading workstreams and negotiations.
• Skilled at recognising and capitalising on opportunities to foster firm growth.
