Love design, social media, and real estate? We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time and help showcase our listings in style.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our team in promoting listings, managing social media, and creating engaging marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in design and digital marketing platforms, with a passion for real estate and an eye for compelling content that drives results.

A real estate license is preferred (active status not required), as industry knowledge will help support marketing efforts and client communications.

What we’re looking for:

Creative eye + strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Social media savvy (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Real estate license preferred (doesn’t need to be active)

A day in the life might look like:

Designing a property flyer in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Scheduling Instagram & Facebook posts through Meta Business Suite

Updating a listing with fresh photos and catchy descriptions

Responding to comments/messages on social platforms

Creating an email blast for an upcoming open house

Brainstorming fun new ways to boost our brand presence
