We are recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their Commercial department at their head office in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where your successes will be recognised and celebrated.

The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Title and document review exercises and preparation of reports
Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
Post-completion activities
Basic conveyancing tasks
Running parts of matters and meeting with clients from day onePackage and Benefits:
The Real Estate Paralegal role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
Annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000
Minimum of 25 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service
Office closure between Christmas and New Year
Employee Pension Scheme - SMART pension scheme
Travel Insurance for you and eligible family members
Death In Service - 3 x basic salary
Private Medical Insurance with the option to add eligible family members
