About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at Trade Me Limited, looking for a skilled Property Manager to join us. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property management services to our clients.

About You

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
You have a proven track record in customer service, administration, or a comparable domain.
You are proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive attitude.
Your Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless service delivery to owners and tenants.
Nurture relationships with property owners and tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, prioritizing timely and cost-effective solutions.
Compile accurate property inspections and reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure rent payments are made on time, leveraging your problem-solving skills to address any obstacles.
Pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth.
