Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Real Estate Project & Sales Manager who will manage both inside sales operations and on-site activities.
The role involves handling the sales team, monitoring lead conversions, and ensuring smooth coordination and execution at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Team Management:
Manage and supervise inside sales team (calling & lead handling)
Track daily performance, follow-ups, and conversions
Train team on sales pitch, project knowledge & closing techniques
Ensure proper CRM/Excel updates and lead tracking
Improve overall team productivity and conversion rate
Site & Project Management:
Visit project sites regularly and monitor on-ground activities
Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and field sales team
Ensure site readiness for client visits
Handle client site visits and support in deal closures
Maintain project updates and report progress to management
Coordination & Reporting:
Act as a bridge between sales team and site operations
Share regular reports on sales performance and site status
Handle client escalations and ensure smooth communication
Requirements
3–6 years experience in real estate sales / project handling
Experience in both team management and site coordination preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
Sales-driven with good understanding of real estate market
Comfortable with both office work and site visits
Knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000– ₹50,000 (depending on experience)
