Answering and diverting calls
Meeting & Greeting Clients
Mail, banking, filing
General support
Key collection and drop off
Property Management and Sales administration
Meeting room organisation
Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5:30
Salary up to $55,000 + super

Diligent with high attention to detail
Immaculately presented and well-groomed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Possess a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
MUST HAVE VIC AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE or equivalent
