Real Estate Revenue Accountant - $95k + bonus

About The Opening
• Earn a competitive salary of up to $95k, with additional bonuses based on individual and firm performance.

• Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities
• Support the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile work papers.
• Record journal entries and conduct routine audits.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for investment funds.
• Analyze budget to actual variances and reconcile CAMs and bill backs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prepare special reports.
• Uphold professionalism in all business interactions as a representative of the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate accounting.
• Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
