Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Consult with customers to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences 2. Provide comprehensive information about available residential properties listed on our platform, focusing on the USPs and benefits 3. Offer guidance and support to customers in selecting suitable properties based on their needs and preferences 4. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements 5. Coordinate with external parties such as banks, legal professionals, and inspectors to complete necessary paperwork and documentation 6. Provide post-sales support, assisting buyers with any issues or concerns that arise during or after the buying process 7.
