FDR Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Located at 50 Realty Road, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
Prepare listings and marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
Conduct property inspections and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software is an advantage.
Salary:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $25 to $35, based on experience and qualifications.
