Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisors with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for real estate projects
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
