Full Job Description
Generating sales and Leads in the pipeline.
Training will be provided . Should have brief knowledge of Real Estae Industry and Projects.
Maintaining MIS on the calls and Data bases provided.
Should have knowledge pf Pre-Sales and generating business in the pipeline
Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.
- Responding to inbound calls to provide project information
- Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.
- Cross pitching properties based on clients’ requirements.
- Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback.
- Ensuring all enquiries with feedback are updated regularly in the software.
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
- Generating various MIS Reports and other pre-sales activities as per process.
- Project Selling & Property Marketing.
Salary will not be constraint for the candidates with requisite skills
