JOB BRIEF:
We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into buyers and serve as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.
REQUIREMENTS:

•Good PR, social, and networking skills to enhance the customer base.
•Strong sales acumen with a versatile attitude.
•Well-versed with excel financial models and report writing skills.
•Computer proficiency and ability to maximize the use of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
•Experience in financial modelling including creating valuation models for various property types.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly.
•Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
•Commitment to achieving outstanding results.
•Expertise with project management software and CRM systems.
•Thorough knowledge of the real estate market.

RESPONSIBILITY:
•Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
•Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
•Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
•Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
•Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
•Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
•Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
•Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc).
•Meet and exceed sales targets.
•Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
•Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
•Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
•Sales in the assigned territory.
•Develop sales strategies and visualize the set targets till the accomplishment.
•Building relationships with D&P offices across the globe, demonstrating knowledge of regional practices, business and developing open communication channels.
•Sound understanding of all the valuation approaches and its application to various property type like: office, retail, multifamily, warehouse, hotel among others.
•Assist team members to prepare presentation for valuation services pitch, preparation of engagement letter, proposal, time and fee estimate etc.
•Managing projects and assisting team members in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner; Well versed with usage of real estate valuation tools.
•Well versed with excel financial models and report writing skills.
•Performing in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
•Performing research for publications and industry specific insights.
•Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy.
•Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities.
•Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads.
•Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates.
