We are looking for a Real estate sales Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Serve customer by providing service information and resolving service problems

Attracts potential customers by answering service questions

Maintains customer records by updating clients information

Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

Gain solid knowledge of competitors
