Job description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our real estate sales team as Sales Managers / Sales Executive. This opportunity is open to candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify potential clients and properties for sale.
2. Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including social media, referrals, and lead generation.
3. Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences.
4. Arrange and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
5. Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and developers to facilitate successful transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations
7. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
+. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of their investment.
10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Up to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and influence their purchasing decisions.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
